Training sessions can be as short as 15 minutes but usually not longer than 1 hr. We prefer to
teach a module at a time and give you the opportunity to utilize the knowledge before moving on
to the next module.
We are available to train outside of the regular work hours, so if you have someone who needs to
be trained on a Saturday or an evening this can be arranged. This option also permits you to have
unlimited participation by members of your church.

- We can link to you through the Internet using “Team Viewer” which enables us, with your
permission, to connect to your computer directly while talking with you over the phone and
train you as if we were right there in your office.
- Alternately you can make a backup and send your data via e-mail as an attachment to
help@atapinc.com. (All data is protected confidentially). By sending us your data it allows us
to walk you through exactly the same material as you will see on your computer. Typically it
takes about 30 minutes for us to review your data. We can then give you recommendations (if
necessary) for changes which - we can either do for you, or teach you how to do yourself.
