Installation of Power Church Plus Software. We can also set up most networks without even
being on-site.
Setup and Customization of Power Church Plus to your specific needs.
Including Easy to use Charts of Accounts.
Comprehensive Training on any, or all of the following modules:
Membership, Contributions, Fund Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Payroll, Record-Keeping, Events, System Management.
Reviews Data Health check up for your system, including all accounting/contribution
modules, help with Bank Reconciliation, month-end closing, contribution entry, statements,
etc. Reviews are offered on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.
ATAP-Books: If you are a licensed user of PowerChurch Plus we can perform all of your
financial record keeping (including printing of checks for Accounts Payable and Payroll,
assistance with W2s, Contribution entry, statements, etc. and all required reports) for you on
your computer - even print checks/reports on your printer for you.
Third Party Audit Reviews: These reviews consist of an audit process of the software and
operating procedures for any period of time desired. After the Third Party Audit Review, we
will provide a signed report of our findings and recommendations for the future. These Third
Party Audit Reviews are done at a fraction of the cost of a CPA's audit and because we are a
Power Church Plus Registered Consultants, we really know the software! If a certified audit is
required please contact a CPA in your State.
Office Software Assistance ATAP has consultants that can help you better utilize common
office software. We can create word processing templates (letterhead, memos, envelopes,
etc.), mail-merge documents, spreadsheets for reports and forms, as well as other useful
applications to make life in your office easier. We can train your personnel in working with
your software.
